As reported in In Business Magazine’s Power 100 publication:
Thanks to Lynne Sexten’s leadership, Agrace has evolved along with the health care market. Since becoming chief executive officer in 2012, Agrace has grown to include four additional health services, including in-home care, that complement its hospice program, and she has expanded its service are from five to 19 counties. Prior to joining Agrace, her market radar was tuned at UnityPoint Health-Meriter in Madison, where she served as executive vice president and chief operating officer and was responsible for all inpatient and outpatient clinical services. While there, Sexten oversaw the development of a new multispecialty medical group that ultimately grew to include more than 120 physicians with eight clinic locations.
Sexten serves on a number of local and national care-related boards and committees, including the Wisconsin Hospice & Palliative Care Association, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation, and the International Women’s Forum of Wisconsin.
