Kevin Kirkland of Evanston, Ill., has been appointed chief growth officer for Agrace, a nonprofit, community-supported health care organization providing hospice care, supportive care, adult day services, home care, and grief support to people in southern Wisconsin.
In his role, Kirkland will lead efforts to effectively collaborate with community partners, build new programs, and further expand Agrace’s reach to serve Wisconsinites who are aging, seriously ill or dying. He serves on Agrace’s executive leadership team, providing thought leadership and influence on the organization’s important strategies.
Prior to joining Agrace, Kirkland was president of the Eastern Division at OnePoint Patient Care, a hospice pharmacy serving all 50 states. There, he managed all pharmacy operations in the Eastern region while supporting long-term expansion and growth efforts.
Kirkland is a graduate of Elon University, Elon, N.C., where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communications.
“Kevin joins Agrace with extensive experience in the hospice industry. We believe his understanding of the needs of seniors and hospice patients will help him identify other ways Agrace can grow in new markets—to better serve this vital segment of the population,” said Lynne Sexten, Agrace president and CEO.
