Visiting Agrace (effective March 1, 2023):

Visitors must self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms and sign in at the reception desk before they can visit Agrace’s hospice inpatient units and other areas of our buildings.
Visitors must wear an N95/KN95 or Agrace-provided surgical mask while at Agrace. Visitors must wear a face mask in any place they may encounter patients or staff. The only times visitors may be without a mask are if they are eating or drinking in the café or in an enclosed space, like a patient room or private kitchenette, with no staff present.

Not ready for hospice?

You may have other options for care from Agrace.

Even if your doctor or your family suggests hospice, asking for end-of-life care is never easy.

You may not be ready emotionally to choose hospice care. You may want time to absorb what this choice means. Or you may want to keep having treatment in the hope of a cure.

If you are struggling with pain, other physical symptoms or stress related to any serious illness, Supportive Care by Agrace, previously PalliaHealth, may be able to help—while you keep having treatment such as chemotherapy or radiation. Supportive Care offers palliative (PAL-lee-ah-tiv) care services for people who need more relief from the symptoms of their illness or the side effects of their medicines and curative treatments.
