Your tee time awaits! Gather your foursome now, and plan to join our 12th annual A Round with Agrace at Trappers Turn. This premiere golf outing helps ensure that Agrace can provide meaningful moments and compassionate care when your loved ones, neighbors and fellow community members need help while seriously ill, aging, dying or grieving. Your support brings quality hospice care, palliative care and grief support to those that need it, even if they cannot pay.
Schedule for the Day:
9 a.m. – Check-in & Continental Breakfast
11 a.m. – Shotgun Start (boxed lunch provided)
4 p.m. – Hors d’oeuvres reception begins in the Clubhouse
5 p.m. – Silent Auction closes
