This holiday season, you can deck your halls with an even jollier stride thanks to Agrace’s annual Holiday Pop-Up Shop. Starting Friday, Oct. 23, folks will be able to shop for gently used holiday decor at Agrace’s thrift store location on the Beltline Highway in the former A-1 Furniture location.

Initially hitting states like Louisiana, New York and Washington the hardest, hospices in these and surrounding regions quickly took measures to protect the high-risk seriously ill and dying patients most vulnerable to COVID-19. The coronavirus pandemic has since stretched into new “hotspot” regions across the nation during the summer months, with hospice providers continuing to seek ways to minimize infection and exposure risks.

On September 17, Agrace will host the 5th annual “A Round with Agrace” golf outing at Trappers Turn Golf Club in Wisconsin Dells. Sponsors are welcome, and golf registration is open for those who want to support Agrace’s nonprofit mission of compassionate care.

Every year, more than 2,000 people in southern Wisconsin, including 350 children, receive grief support from Agrace to help them cope with the loss of a loved one and work toward healthy survivorship.
This compassionate service is available to anyone who has experienced a loss due to death, even if the person who died was not an Agrace HospiceCare patient. Agrace does not receive any type of reimbursement from insurance for these services; instead, they are funded primarily by community donations.
