Care at Agrace’s Hospice Memory Care Suites

• Rooms are large and private, with your own private handicap-accessible bathroom.
• You have views of the gardens and nature.
• Furnishings include an adjustable bed, sleeper sofa, recliner, small dining table and guest chairs.
• Family and friends can visit anytime and stay overnight in your room.*
• Your room has its own temperature controls and WiFi.
• Meals are created to be comforting and satisfying. Agrace uses many locally sourced foods to support area farms and food producers.
• Your hospice services are equivalent to those Agrace provides in a patient’s home or other private residence: a registered nurse and social worker oversee your care, and most daily care is provided by nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNAs).

*For safety, residents of the Hospice Memory Care Suites must be accompanied by a family member or Agrace staff. 

• Your hospice services are paid for by Medicare or health insurance, as they would be if you were receiving care while living at home.
• Separately, you pay a daily residential services fee (also called “room and board”). This covers the cost of your room, housekeeping, utilities, meals and access to all of the common areas and amenities at Agrace. This fee is $455/day (as of January 1, 2025).
• There is also a refundable security deposit of $4,000, which is due when you move into the Memory Care Suites (this deposit is not required for short-term stays).
