Employee Benefits

Agrace employees who are hired for 28 or more hours per week (0.7 FTE) have the opportunity to participate in any or all employee benefits. Most of them will begin the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Clinical Experiences

Agrace Hospice Care offers a variety of student experiences such as rotations, preceptorships, internships and shadows that supports the education of clinicians. Students who come to Agrace for a clinical experience will be immersed in the high-quality end-of-life care we provide our patients and families and will build their skills in caring for patients with a variety of medical conditions.

RN New Graduate Program

Agrace invites new graduate nurses looking for a fast-paced environment where they can apply critical-thinking skills to participate in our RN New Graduate Program. It’s a two-year track of education and support for nursing graduates who have less than a year of experience. You can start before you are licensed and begin earning right away; we offer start dates twice a month!
