Equipment and Supply Donation

Agrace sometimes receives requests to take donations of used medical equipment and extra medical supplies.

We can accept some medical supplies and equipment at our Madison office:

  • Unopened incontinence supplies, such as underpads, briefs and wipes
  • Unopened personal protective equipment, such as disposable gloves, masks and face shields
  • Unopened wound care supplies, like bandages, gauze and tape
  • Mobility equipment, such as canes, walkers, shower chairs and collapsable wheelchairs

We cannot accept these items:

  • Controlled substances, including oxygen
  • Prescription medications (unexpired or expired)
  • Partially used personal care items (lotions, soaps, etc.)
  • Motorized wheelchairs, hospital beds and other large durable medical equipment (DME)

Places for Donating Other Items

  • Agrace Thrift Stores, Madison and Janesville: Gently used clothing, accessories, books, dishes, furniture and home goods. The stores will take lift chairs that are clean and in good condition for resale.
