The Area Agency on Aging of Dane County serves people age 60+ and/or their family members by providing information and assistance in accessing services that will help older adults stay in their own homes and communities.
Independent Living – Independent Living, Inc. helps adults maintain their independence, health and well-being by providing a variety of care services, skilled home health care and housing options.
Aging and Disability Resource Center of Rock County – This resource center supports older adults, adults with disabilities, their families and their caregivers by providing useful information and help connecting people to the services they need.
Rock County Council on Aging – Find caregiver resources, including an Eldercare locator, support groups and articles and tips. Includes helpful caregiver guides.
Aging and Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country – This resource center supports older adults, adults with disabilities, their families and their caregivers by providing useful information and help connecting people to the services they need.

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin – This nonprofit organization helps caregivers take care of themselves while they care for a person with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia.
Wisconsin Family Caregiver Support Program – This site gives family caregivers information about and access to services like respite care and transportation. It can also help families understand their options for care.
Wisconsin Parkinson Association – This site helps you learn about living with Parkinson disease, find local events and support groups and read research about the disease.
Caregiver Action Network – This site is helpful for brand new or working caregivers, those who are caring from a distance, and experienced caregivers.
The National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization – This site has resources on providing care for a person (adult or child) who is at the end of life. Find information on home safety, decision making, staying organized and caring for your own well-being while you are a caregiver.
Family Caregiver Alliance – This site has information for anyone who is caring for loved ones with chronic, disabling health conditions. It is organized according to the type of caregiving situation you’re in, which can be very helpful. Join an online group, share your caregiver experience and find practical caregiving information and resources.
