Agrace offers Dementia Care Consultations to help answer these questions and bring clarity to families navigating this challenging time. In a one-hour session, our dementia support specialist will provide personalized guidance, share helpful resources and recommend next steps—including Agrace services and other community support that may fit your situation. Consultations are available in person in the Madison area, or virtually by phone or video call.
