Agrace, a nonprofit, community-supported health care organization providing hospice care, supportive care, adult day services, home care, and grief support to people in southern Wisconsin, has appointed Amie Goldman as vice president of innovation.
In her role, Goldman will lead efforts to effectively collaborate with community partners, build new programs, and further expand Agrace’s reach to serve Wisconsinites who are aging, ill or dying. She serves on Agrace’s executive leadership team, providing thought leadership and influence on the organization’s important strategies.
Prior to joining Agrace, Goldman was chief strategy officer with Quartz Health Solutions, a provider-sponsored health insurance plan serving members in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota and Iowa. There, she led the development of Quartz’s strategy and partnership activities to drive organizational growth and support Quartz’s long-term success. Prior to her position at Quartz, Goldman was president of TMG by Magellan Health, a certified IRIS Consulting Agency that administers programs designed to help older adults and adults with disabilities live meaningful lives in the community.
Goldman also served on Agrace’s board of directors. She joined the Agrace board in 2021 as a valued leader in the local health care community. Goldman is a graduate of Northwestern University and earned a master’s degree in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago.
“Amie’s years of experience leading growth strategies and program development have made her a respected leader in our community,” said Agrace President and CEO Lynne Sexten. “Her guidance will help drive innovation and growth at Agrace and continue our legacy of supporting our community with services across the health care continuum.”
